Survey Participation & Reward Announcement
This survey comprises 9 domains and will take approximately 10-12 minutes to complete.
Conference participation
Two respondents from the entirety of eligible survey respondents will randomly be selected and will receive a sponsored attendance at the 7th African Conference on Operations and Supply Chain Management (ACOSCM), Stellenbosch, South Africa in September 2025.
Eligibility
- All participants who fully complete the survey and opt-in for the prize draw at the end of the survey will be entered into a random selection process.
- Two winners will be selected and notified via email by 30th May 2025. For more details, see www.acoscm.com
- The sponsorship covers registration fees, travel, and accommodation.
Your responses will remain totally anonymous and will only be used for the purpose of this research. There will be no link between the answers and your potential opt-in for the prize draw, i.e., any personal details (e.g., email for the prize draw participation remains unconnected to your answers provided in the fully anonymous survey).
